PIMS Sponsors the 2017 ProtoChallenge at the WISE event in Calgary

PIMS is sponsoring the 2017 ProtoChallenge on the April 1 weekend at the University of Calgary, hosted by Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) at Calgary.

ProtoChallenge is a 24 hour event where groups of students pitch ideas to help the community and build a prototype to gain skills, find potential employers, and win over $1000 in prizes. Research themes are in the “The Internet of Things," "Towards a low carbon energy future," "The 3Cs of Radical Change (Creativity, Community, and Collaboration)," and a" Wild card.”
