Registration: 

• Standard Registration Fee: $290 CAD per person.
• Early Bird Rate: $200 CAD if registered and paid by May 15th, 11:59 PM PST.
• Fee Exemptions: Available for early-career participants (graduate students and postdoctoral researchers).

Fee Waiver Application:

• Application Deadline: April 30th, 11:59 PM PST.

Conference Dinner:

• An optional conference dinner is available. Tickets can be purchased separately for $70 CAD.

Terms & Conditions

• Non-Refundable – All payments are final. 
• Transfer Policy – Dinner Tickets are non-transferable.
• Limited Availability – Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available for purchase at the event.
• Dietary Restrictions – If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us within 7 days after purchasing your ticket. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests.
• Event Changes – The organizers reserve the right to modify the event details, including the venue, menu, or timing, if necessary.
• Event Admission – Registation confirmation must be presented at the venue for entry.
