Archimedes Talks
Details
Archimedes Talks is a speaker series aimed at talented high-school students who are interested in math and science. Speakers will introduce students to a variety of topics in mathematics and engineering that students would not otherwise be exposed to in a standard curriculum.
The goal of these talks is to encourage students to pursue higher education in science and mathematics, by exposing them to exciting options for study and introducing them to like-minded students from around Vancouver.
Meetings are held on three Saturdays throughout the semester: February 18, March 4, and April 1.
